Nayarit, Mexico 2004

A two week medical and eyeglass mission to the western coastal State of Nayarit, in conjuction with local authorities and the Municipality of Compostela, Nayarit. Villages visited included El Capomo, Carrillo Puerto, Otate, Candido Salazar, El Monteon and Coastecomatillos. A total of 820 patients received medical treatment or were given reader eyeglasses, and a large quanity of medicine was left at a previously visited site, Penjamo, in the colonial heart of Mexico in the State of Guanajuato.
