The first two days of the expedition were spent seeing the students at the Grace Mission School, 40% of whom are AIDS orphans. We then traveled overland to Musoli Mission in western Kenya, to treat many patients with AIDS, malaria, malnutrition, pneumonia and filariasis. We also saw cases of Madura foot and Kaposi's Sarcoma
