IMA is a 501(c) charitable, nonprofit organization that has been executing medical missions to underserved and impoverished regions of the world since 2001. Need is not restricted by geographical boundaries, IMA has offered services in many areas of the world. You can view summaries from IMA expeditions and view photos from many of the trips. If you are interested you may assist IMA through donation of services or money. We pride ourselves on good stewardship of resources your contribution will make a difference to those in need.

Hurricane Katrina Relief

IMA has been involved in relief efforts for victims of Hurricane Katrina since September 2005. IMA has participated in many clinics in the devastated area since the hurricane.

International Work

Need does not restrict itself to any particular geographical area. IMA is involved in expeditions internationally. IMA has been involved in Central and South America, the Caribbean and Africa. Summaries from expeditions can be found here. Members from IMA returned in December from three weeks of medical clinics in Kenya. Details and photos from the trip can be found here.
